LHH Recruitment Solution is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Vernon, CA. This position is temp to hire, paying $26-30 / hour, based on experience.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle AP experience. They are actively interviewing and looking to bring someone on immediately.
Responsibilities
full-cycle accounts payable
3 way match, code, and process invoices
weekly check runs
perform vendor management
assist with month-end and year-end closed
communicate with vendors when necessary
supporting the Controller regarding any tasks
perform additional tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
5+ years of AP experience
experience with ERP system
strong written and verbal communication skills
analytical
able to handle fast-paced environment
