You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the state of Utah as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end on provider claims, provider information updates and help enhance call quality
• Assist in efforts to enhance ease of use of Provider Connect, MyAvatar and future services enhancements
• Assist in configuration of both rendering and contracting providers in MyAvatar, FACETS and provider directories
• Help implement training and development of external providers through education programs
• Manage Provider questions through email box and phone calls and respond or connect with best resource

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of health care / managed care experience
• 1+ years of provider relations and / or provider network experience
• 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Preferred Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree
• Behavioral Healthcare Experience
