This organization is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team. With leadership already in place, they are noticing the need to build out policies and procedures as well as establish best practices.

This Accounting Manager will have a fluid role in that they are all sharing in the responsibilities and figuring out the most efficient and productive way to build the organization.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities :
- Financial statement preparation, month end close, quarterly and annual close as well as ad hoc management reporting for leadership and PE firm
- Exposure to finance inclusive of budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning as well as trend analysis and margin analysis
- Creation and adherence to policies, procedure and best practices
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions as well as post-acquisition integrations
Accounting Manager Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, plus people management experience
- Collaborative and solution oriented
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Experience in private equity environments or public accounting
