Staff Accountant II
Our client, a thriving financial service-based company is looking for a new experienced Staff Accountant II to add to their growing team.
The Staff Accountant II will be part of a great growth phase of the organization. This person should be comfortable with reconciling a variety of financial accounts.
This is a community-driven company with a strong mission to help its surrounding community. This role is fully onsite in the South Nashville area.
Salary starting at $75,000
Role and Responsibilities :
- Position will entail journal entries, and aspects of month and quarter close
- Reconciling a variety of financial accounts, as well as data-entry
- Produce semi-annual statements for donors
- Donation management and experience with investments and grants is a plus
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Input contributions and invoices into accounting database
- Prepare, compile and file all reports, statements, statistics and other data as required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics required
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting : specifically debits and credits, and reconciliations
