Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Experience : 3+ Years in Surgical Services Leadership (Manager or Director Experience)
- License : Currently Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Practice
- Certifications : Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred; Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) Preferred

- Facility Overview : 140+ Bed Hospital, 4 ORs, 3 Endo Rooms, Strong Ortho Program (Hips, Knees, Mako Robot), Launching DaVinci Robot, Sports Medicine, GYN Services Expansion
- Staffing : 1 Manager (Starting Mid-November), 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (Endo, Pre-Post, OR), 70 Total FTEs
- Caseload : 7 Cases on Light Days, Up to 26 on Busy Days, On-Call Weekends
- Growth Initiatives : Upgrading Central Sterile, Equipment Overhaul for DaVinci Space
- Salary Range : Min : $96,137, Midpoint : $124,966; Max $154,000.
- 15% Director Bonus; ( Max Pay with Bonus is $178,013.25)
