Our facility offers behavioral and psychological treatment for adults and adolescents through our acute programs, adolescent residential programs, as well as programs for active duty military.

We have a new opening for a Director of Clinical Services - Residential Treatment Center. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Clinical Services ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical programs are consistent with facility’s goals and objectives.
The DCS provides leadership and strategic planning for the inpatient programs to ensure community and referral source needs are met.
The DCS will possess a thorough knowledge of TJC, CMS, OSHA, and all state and federal regulatory standards. The DCS will collaborate with the CNO and Medical Director to promote a multidisciplinary patient focused approach throughout the continuum of care.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Position Requirements :
Licensure / Certification / Registration :
- LPC / LCSW required.
- HWC, CPR & First Aid Required.
Education / Experience :
- Master’s degree in a human services field (i.e. social work, psychology, or counseling)
- Five years clinical and supervisory experience with adolescents and adult populations in both residential and acute care setting required.
General Requirements :
- Must be at least years of age per Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services.Must have patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
- Good communication skills; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Basic clerical skills, basic experience with office equipment (telephone, copy machine, fax, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to problem solve and accept feedback when circumstances warrant such actions.
- Willingness to interact with patients with varying levels of cognitive functioning.
- Travel may be required.
