We are currently seeking a Regional Manager of Residential Services to play a key role in managing and motivating program managers, staff supervisors, and direct care staff to ensure the highest professional standards of service delivery and customer service are met in each program within the business unit.
They will provide direct leadership and supervision to Program managers and will oversee the management of day to day operations and compliance with DBHDS and DSS regulations.
The selected candidate will maintain an emphasis on delivering the highest quality care to all residents.
Education and Experience Required : Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health / Human Services field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.
and a registered QMHP-C.
Additionally : Successful experience working with cooccurring population, to include youth within the foster care and mental health systems;
at least 5 years experience working with children / adolescents, with at least 2 being in a mental health residential facility.
Two or more years group home management / supervision or similar experience required.
Preferred : A candidate eligible for licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP -Or- Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work, registered with the appropriate Board.
