Quality Manager

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager

Venteon is currently seeking a Quality Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Middletown, CN

Requirements of the Quality Manager

  • Management and Leadership experience
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, E-mail)

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager

  • A supplier excellence program, including supplier auditing and surveillance
  • An effective calibration system.
  • A robust corrective and preventive action process, which includes primary training responsibility for Cause, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action training in the company.
  • To complete (and host as necessary) customer quality audits.
  • Development of inspection methodologies / techniques to include CMM programming and inspection to ensure maximum efficiency of inspection processes.
  • Identify proper performance measurements for the department (and personnel as necessary) and visually display and communicate performance for the entire group
  • Ensure the company has robust, disciplined processes and ensure that these processes are properly documented, employees are trained in their use, and that we have a rigorous audit program.
  • Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of our processes with respect to their affectivity and efficiency.
