Clear Mountain Bank is seeking a Full-Time Deposit Operations Manager for our Bruceton Mills, WV location. In this role, you will lead the charge in optimizing our deposit operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
By closely monitoring competitive products and industry trends, you will be at the forefront of identifying opportunities for enhancing our deposit offerings.
Your strategic insights and recommendations will play a pivotal role in shaping our deposit products to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key skills required for the position are :
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. G.E.D.) required. Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience with account opening, procedural improvements, and policy alignment.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in supervision in the banking industry.
- Must have working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
