Are you a software maestro ready to lead and innovate? NexTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our client in Memphis, TN.

In this role, you’ll provide technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support our business operations.
You'll lead day-to-day functional tasks, offering support to your team while maintaining the development environment.
Utilizing tools, languages, coding standards, and best practices, you'll develop new product features and enhance existing functionalities.
Collaboration is key you’ll work closely with QA, UX, and other teams to ensure a consistent understanding of requirements.
You'll assist in planning and implementing strategic directions for our products, designing and maintaining complex software components, and creating comprehensive documentation on design approaches and system architecture.
Leading architectural changes, you’ll identify features to improve scalability, usability, and performance, and conduct technical design and code reviews.
Translating complex business and functional requirements into technical specifications will be part of your daily tasks, alongside establishing and upholding best coding practices within your team.
Developing reusable code components, you’ll positively influence your team by providing guidance on effective coding principles and practices.
You’ll create, maintain, and execute unit and alpha test plans while maintaining and enhancing the development environment.
Staying current with the latest technologies relevant to your role will keep you on the cutting edge, and mentoring your team on technological advances will be part of your leadership.
We seek someone with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, expertise in Angular 16+, .NET 8, Azure Services, and Web APIs, and strong knowledge of various Azure services and clean architecture.
You should have a strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and security, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
