We're looking for a Manager, Social Media & Content, who lives and breathes online content, trends, and storytelling. As the voice (and often the face) of Torq across social platforms, you'll create scroll-stopping posts that drive audience engagement and growth by keeping Torq's B2B cybersecurity brand bold, entertaining, and unmistakably Torq.

You'll be both the architect and the personality behind our social presence. This is a high-visibility, hands-on, creative role where you'll concept, produce, and publish social content and videos that connect with our audience in authentic, memorable ways. You'll collaborate across teams, stay ahead of what's trending, and bring fresh ideas that show off Torq's personality, innovation, and community.

Responsibilities

• Own Torq's social media strategy and presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and wherever else the internet takes us ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely, balanced coverage of campaigns, launches, partnerships, and company news.
• Collaborate with content, demand gen, PR, events, channel, tech alliances, and product marketing teams to ensure all our big news and launches shine on social.
• Develop and publish multimedia posts that drive clicks and conversation writing sharp, engaging captions and filming, producing, and packaging short-form videos that grab attention.
• Serve as a brand personality by hosting or coordinating live interviews, webinars, and event coverage to connect directly with Torq's audience, industry, and partner communities.
• Be onsite at conferences, field events, and Torq-hosted programs to capture authentic, in-the-moment content that showcases the brand in action.
• Turn social performance data into clear insights and next steps for engagement and growth.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what's working online and find smart ways to bring trending memes and moments into Torq's world.
• Dream up weird and creative ways to promote blogs, reports, and campaigns the more personality, the better. (We love "down to clown" energy here.)
