2nd Shift - 1 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while also maintaining a hazard free work area.
- Monitors employee adherence to all policies and procedures, addresses concerns, and escalates for support.
- Maintain and monitor employee adherence to GMPS, PPE, and 5S standards.
- Reports & investigates all employee Incidents ex. HR, Safety, Food Safety & Quality
- Works with shift supervisor to oversee blending or batching & pulling department and acts as a back-up for shift supervisor in their absence.
- Provides daily direction to cell leads and cell lead-trainers.
- Prepares and Lead the Tier 1 Meeting (Back up for Supervisor in Tier 2 Meeting).
- Ensures completion and compliance of the Attainment to Plan Boards in department-Escalates as required.
Qualifications and skills
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to create job assignments in SAP
- Oversees room operations and ensuring adherence to SAP schedule, recipes and inventory troubleshooting.
- Assists in decision making for production process and continuous improvement activities
- Leads / participates in Root Cause Analysis for department
- Maintains supplies for room and room cleanliness.
- Interpret production schedule in chronological order to determine next process order to run / direct employees and maintain leads on lines to prevent downtime.
- Enter computer data accurately into SAP.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
