Lula is looking for a 1099 HVAC Technician to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Columbus Metro area .
We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem solving.
You will need reliable transportation.

Residential HVAC experience

- Must have valid ID
- Must provide your own tools and materials
