Description

A Manager has the responsibility for professionally directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of training;

including food safety, team compliance with processes and procedures, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring guests receive the highest quality in products and services, and other duties as required.

Requirements

The person applying for this position must have exceptional organizational skills. At least 2 years of experience in Training and People Development is required.

You must be 21+ years old for this job. If a student, classes must be online, allowing for open / flexible availability.

  • MUST be able to work both Fridays and Saturdays
  • Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
  • Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
  • Embrace our Core Values, Mission and Vision Statements and demonstrate them everyday.
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for our team.
  • Be a friendly encouraging team player.
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
