Must-Have :
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
Proven experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
Expertise in implementing rules and building low-level designs.
Experience with integrations such as SOAP, XML, Java, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications.
Utilize your LSA certification to ensure best practices in Pega architecture and design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop and maintain Pega applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends.
Good-To- Have :
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular or React.
