Job Title : Document coordinator / Admin

Location : East Syracuse NY

Duration : 06+ Months contract strong extension possibility

Pay Rate : $18 / hr on W2

Job Description : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative based role
  • Advanced experience with MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Must have experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Must Possess good written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate solid organizational and planning skills through previous professional experience
  • Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Able to efficiently prioritize and remain flexible to competing tasks
  • Prior experience in a business administrative role
  • Previous experience filing, sorting, reconciling of documents (e.g Medical Records, company based confidential documentation) is a plus

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain the document management system in accordance with departmental and site needs which include management of templates, Logbooks, allocation of document numbers and review of draft documents.
  • Record Management and Archival of documents for long term storage.
  • Filing, sorting, printing of requested documents.
  • Assembly of controlled documentation issued by the Document Control team
  • Reconciling of previously issued documents
