Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Weight Loss Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient care in Meriden, CT.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established weight loss program, manage your own practice style, and collaborate with a supportive lead physician.
No call required. Responsibilities include patient care coordination, documentation, and assisting with bariatric seminars.
Qualifications :
- Licensure in CT as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
- Certification as a Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
- 1-2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner preferred
