Job Summary :
The FlexHomes Lead Caregiver at Senior Helpers in Richland, WA is responsible for filling in shifts to start our new clients, as program builds will manage schedule for other caregivers, and then branch out to start new areas for the program.
FlexHomes offers an alternative solution for seniors who require assistance with daily living but want to maintain their independence.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a passion for providing excellent service to seniors in our community.
This is a part-time, hourly position within the franchise industry and reports to Senior Helpers Operations Manager.
This may become full-time if the candidate is interested in growing and expanding job duties.
Compensation & Benefits :
The FlexHomes Lead Caregiver will be compensated at a rate of $20 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FlexHomes program, including filling in shifts as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and their families, and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the FlexHomes program
- Possibly assist with the intake process for new clients, including conducting initial assessments and creating care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all clients and caregivers
- Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments for clients, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any scheduling conflicts
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and address any areas for improvement
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and caregivers to ensure quality of care and address any needs or concerns
- Assist with billing and invoicing for the FlexHomes program (possibly later when FT)
- Attend regular team meetings and trainings to stay informed about company policies and procedures
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Franchise Owner
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent and 18 years or old, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the healthcare or senior care industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
