Job details Performs complex purchasing assignments under limited direction to purchase materials,

6. Conducts initial supplier surveys / interviews and supplier capability analyses, determining

supplier qualifications and monitors performances and services.

7. Performs liaison between suppliers, purchasing, engineering, production and accounts

payable on procurement matters.

8. Prepares documents and agreements, recommends and negotiates contracts and volume

purchase agreements within specified guidelines.

9. Reviews and processes MRP actions for materials ordering and scheduling.

10. Monitors PPV cost and freight expenses monthly. Compiles and analyzes data monthly to

justify expenses.

11. Maintains purchasing data files in MAX and files hard copies of Purchase Orders in

purchasing.

12. Stand ? in as a production planner whenever necessary.

13. Develops, implements and maintains EIN 13485 purchasing policies and procedures.
