Requirement : 3+ years of Project Experience in Multifamily
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent in Multifamily Construction to join our team. We are a National Multifamily developer.
Ranked in the Top 10 in the country. This Superintendent would be expected to be working out of our Charlotte, NC office.
The ideal candidate will be a Superintendent with 3-5 years pf experience total working on 200+ unit wood frame multifamily projects.
You'll be doing a fair amount of travelling that will vary depending on where you live. We have Construction projects across the Carolinas and this opening will be for North Carolina.

What You Will Be Doing
These are some of the responsibilities expected of the ideal candidate.
- Manages tool and equipment utilization for the project to ensure our resources are used efficiently.
- Leads weekly Superintendent Meeting when required or in absence of Sr. Superintendent.
- Leads weekly Site Safety Meeting when required or in absence of Sr. Superintendent.
- Mentors Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and others assigned to the project.
- Performs reviews of direct report personnel.
- Liaison with clients and building strong working relationships.
- Ensures project(s) operate within budget.
What You Need for this Position
- Ground up construction experience - Wood frame experience is a must.
- Minimum 3 years Experience with Multifamily construction projects - Projects valued at $5M - $50M+
- A positive attitude to mentor and motivate the project team
- Client focus and awareness of client and end-user cares and needs
- Completed OSHA 30 Hour Course for Construction
- Ability to lead an onsite team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to Travel around South Carolina as needed
