Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree / University degree.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Able to analyze processes and data, create consistent processes and insights, reporting, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.
- Proven diplomatic and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master's degree.
- GenAI experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze existing GenAI related use case in various stages of approval to identify patterns and adequacy of approvals and reporting.
- Manage multiple work streams for GenAI projects and proof of concepts across all lines of businesses.
- Contribute to formulation of strategies / processes for GenAI adoption.
- Contribute to the development of governance processes.
- Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas to adopt consistent processes.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the process or operations, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
