Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media community interactions and engage with consumers on various platforms
Create and deliver social media performance reports, analyzing KPIs and making recommendations
Oversee and train hourly team members, ensuring they are updated on tools and trends
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in social media community engagement and strategy execution
Working knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
