Cost Controls Specialist

Position Overview :

The PROCEDEO Group is seeking a Cost Controls Specialist to support our client in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is also based in Fort Worth, TX. This in office role will play a key part in managing and overseeing project financials for the construction and design teams — ensuring budgets, expenditures, and cost reporting remain accurate, transparent, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with tracking project costs
• Process pay applications
• Review and route invoices
• Maintain detailed financial documentation throughout each phase of the project
• Prepare cost reports
• Monitor budget variances
• Support forecasting efforts
• Collaborate closely with project managers, accountants, and design / construction managers to maintain fiscal accuracy and accountability.
• Support and lead project closeout processes, ensuring all required documentation is properly submitted, tracked, and archived in accordance with company and client standards.
