Job description
The Administrative Assistant / Compliance coordinates the accumulation of technical and production information by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews documents to ensure completeness and appropriateness.
- Drafts, edits, compiles and obtains internal approval of routine correspondence regarding regulatory filings, and related supplements and amendments.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority on minor projects.
- Conducts investigations of auditing activities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- The minimum formal education required is a high school diploma or GED.
- Associate’s degree from a 2-year college or university; one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
- Math skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
