We are looking forremote travel professionals. As a Remote Client Coordinator you areresponsible for accurately and efficiently handling incomingrequests via multiple channels (e.g. smartphone emailetc.).
A Remote Client Coordinator is theprimary point of contact for the client and will be responsible forhandling all booking needs for travelers both business and leisurewhile providing exceptional customer service to exceed clientsexpectations.
In addition you have access to sell package optionstours event ticketss and more. No experience is required as alltraining and certifications areprovided.

Responsibilities :
Prepare plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited toairline car rental cruises hotels andticket / events)
Provide exceptional customer service toclients
Maintain relationships with travel partners andvendors
Workwell in a group / teamsetting
Stayup to date on the travel industry andpolicies
Collect and enter data into our software and maintain clientfiles
Complete required certification within a timelymanner
Complete ongoing training with our company and travelpartners
Qualifications :
Must have a smartphone with reliable internetaccess
Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommend however not required)with reliable internetaccess
Mustbe at least 18 years ofage
Mustreside in the United States
