Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Degree in the construction field
