Absolute Property Care is looking for Floaters to help with a large client. Base of Operations is in Denver but a willingness to drive is ideal for this position.
As needs arise floaters fill in for a night or sometimes a few days depending on the situation. Some examples would be Leave of Absences, Call Ins, Starting of new accounts as examples.

Scope of Work includes :
- Cleaning Offices
- Cleaning and Stocking bathrooms
- Vacuuming / Mopping floors etc
Individuals interested in this position must exhibit the following :
- Read and Write English
- Posses their own transportation such as a car and drivers license
- Must past a background check
- Has flexibility / availability to receive and answer communication from management
- Has the ability to be available to add work to the night
- Ability and willingness to work in the evenings
- Apply a standard to each property taht is to be cleaned that night
- Trustworthy and comfortable with alarms
Previous experience of floating is a plus but not necessary.
