Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting pediatric dental and orthodontic services and engaging with the community to enhance brand awareness and increase patient leads.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the practice and the community, building and maintaining strong relationships with local schools, organizations, and businesses.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively promote orthodontic services and increase lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to maintain an active and positive online presence.
- Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, and social media posts to educate and inform our target audience.
- Organize and participate in community events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to increase brand visibility and community involvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with practice goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Experience in market research and analysis to identify target demographics, measure the success of marketing campaigns, and propose adjustments to the marketing strategy
- Experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to reach target demographics
- Commitment to provide exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and referring doctors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to evolving business priorities and changing work environment
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with pediatric or orthodontic practices is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field of study preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare, pediatric dental, or orthodontic industry is a plus
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
