GENERAL PURPOSE
Assist in daily operations of the Financial Aid office while on the counter such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, return voicemails and other duties as assigned.
Greet students and parents and counsel as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phones, work on the counter, and provide information for parents and student on financial aid.
- Reply to student and parent emails and voicemails regarding questions they have in regard to their aid or other specifics.
- Assist with administrative tasks in the office as needed.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of work related experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
