We're seeking an individual with a passion for real estate to join our team. The successful candidate will be motivated, dedicated and detail-oriented, and they must enjoy face-to-face interactions with clients.
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated about real estate and dedicated to their clients.
Responsibilities :
- Provide advice to customers on the value and the leasing of buildings and properties.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations.
- Research property listings to recommend properties for clients.
- Market properties to clients.
- Keep clients informed of the status of property listings.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Establish client relations.
- Help clients make informed business decisions by assessing their needs.
- Focus on client satisfaction.
- Be flexible with customer relations, schedules, and needs.
- Be available for field service.
Qualifications
US work authorization (Required)
Real Estate License (Preferred)
1099 Independant Contractor
