Paid Holidays The Operations Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for delivering guidance, technical support, and task coordination for Route Service Representatives.

This leader will monitor operations performance and technical aspects of the water-only and water-ice refill stations to create a safe and efficient work environment.

Demonstrates good communication skills to keep employees notified of company priorities and initiatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow safety guidelines and model safe behavior.

Demonstrate and support the company’s Pledge of Conduct. Perform supervisory duties for all assigned personnel. Maintain a station maintenance program which ensures the company’s quality standards are met.

Participate in and / or oversee collection procedures in compliance with the Company’s Cash Collection-Cash Management Procedure.

Assist with various marketing programs including replacing signage, banners, decals. Ensure market revenue performance by operating within maintenance, repair, and controllable expense budgets.

Keep a positive attitude when interacting with customers. Maintain a professional appearance (clean uniform and vehicle).

Complete routine service and maintenance on company vehicles. Oversee vehicle organization, maintenance, and cleanliness.

Maintain communication by cell phone if service issue or emergency arises. Lead technical operations within the market. Function as the subject matter expert to assist in resolving high-level technical issues with our water only and water-ice refill stations.

Requires evening and / or weekend response. Evaluate employee performance and / or identify technical and performance training opportunities to ensure Company standards are met.

Communicate employee successes, opportunities for improvement, sales trends, ideas, competitive information, and concerns to continually improve market performance.

Ensure the market employees follow all safety protocols. Support District Manager or Regional Operations Manager as needed.

Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Team player with positive attitude Ability to represent company in a professional manner through actions and communication Hands-on management skills Effective leader and team builder Ability to communicate with individuals and / or groups as needed to promote product Good written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of the water / water-ice unit and process / procedures Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to diagnose and resolve water / water-ice issues independently or with remote Technical Support assistance Knowledge of the water / water-ice unit and process / procedures Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing skills a plus Ability to work required schedule Acceptable work attendance to perform job Clean motor vehicle record and current valid driver’s license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capable of climbing ladders, walking, standing, stooping and bending Able to work safely in limited space inside water / water-ice kiosk Ability to work in heat Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Ability to work overtime including weekend or evening work EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES High school diploma or equivalent Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred Three years supervisory / management experience preferred Right to Work / E-Verify Powered by JazzHR
