At Midwest Veterinary Dental Services, you’ll feel the warmth and openness of a small clinic, while having the opportunity and support of a united network.

We provide all aspects of dentistry from routine dental exams and equilibration to advanced dentistry such as fillings, endodontics, periodontal therapies, and oral surgery.  The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for a variety of supporting tasks within the veterinary practice. These tasks include animal handling / restraining, processing laboratory work, cleaning and sterilizing equipment / facility, and a variety of tasks assisting both the veterinary technicians and DVMs.

JOB SUMMARY

The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service and patient care within the veterinary practice.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Required : High school graduate or equivalent
• HIGHLY PREFERRD : 2 years veterinary office or other related experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Compensation $20-22 / hr based on experience
