Principal Product Manager Growth

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading the Growth team to identify, prioritize and implement growth experiments that align with DigitalOcean’s objectives.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and other DO product teams to refine the team’s roadmap and to implement product initiatives, from conception to execution.
• Overseeing the development and execution of A / B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and user journeys.
• Collaborating with marketing, data, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experience.
• Prioritizing product enhancements and feature developments that drive user growth and retention.
• Regularly presenting growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions.

We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is between $188,700 - $235,900 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills.

You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.

We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
