The Market Research Lead performs data analysis supporting learning plans via management and usage of consumer behavioral, demographic, and attitudinal data.

Key Role FunctionsUtilize data analytics to provide insights in support of new insights, translates results of analyses into actionable recommendationsAdvise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significanceExercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of actionUse your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field7 or more years of marketing research experience7 or more years of data analysis experienceUnderstanding and experience with a variety of research methodologiesPossess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access and ExcelProject management experienceExperience communicating complex and functional strategies to senior management.
