What You Will Do :

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans.
• Perform therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote client well-being.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Who You Are :

• Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC) or holding an associate license with supervision.
• At least two years’ experience in private practice or a clinical setting.
• A Master's Degree in a human service field.
• Committed to meeting our caseload minimum policy.
• Capable of becoming credentialed to receive third-party / private pay insurance.
• Independent yet collaborative, ideally already paneled with insurance companies.
