Position Summary :
The Assessment / Entry and Engagement Counselor is responsible for collecting and compiling sufficient information to assess and determine the appropriate need for services, document the results of findings, initiate referrals, and engage individuals in services.
Assurance of legal and ethical standards. Overall assurance that service delivery is consistent with the agency’s mission.
This position will be cross-trained with other department positions. Duties may include performing functions of other positions on any given workday such as intake and customer service.
This is a full-time M-F position; Must be willing to work evening hours; shift hours are TBD
Compensation : Certified hires Start at $23 / hour Counselor Registrants Start at $21 / hour

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications :
- CADC I Certification or Above, CADC- R Candidates close to certifying may be considered.
- High school / GED Completion
Willamette Family Employment Requirements :
- Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
