The Opportunity :
Start your career as a Healthcare Recruiter at New York's premier staffing agency! This role, based in our Great Neck office, begins in June or July.
As part of our dynamic team, you will :
- Master the nuances of Healthcare Recruitment, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Utilize a diverse array of sourcing methods including cold calls, job adverts, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, providing frequent, data-driven updates.
- Thrive in a competitive environment with a clear pathway for career advancement.
Rapid Career Progression :
- Starting salary of $50,000
- Increase to $60,000 upon successful completion of probation
- Probation typically ends within the first quarter upon billing 1300 hours.
