Key Responsibilities
Provide sales desk ticket support and assist with Salesforce data entry
Respond to client inquiries and assist with customer service requests
Monitor and manage open tickets and deal packages in Salesforce
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer service
2+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and project management skills
Customer-first mindset with strong follow-through
Experience in public sector sales or preservation services is a plus
