As a Business Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management.

Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.

By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.

This role will be 70% travel and will cover California and Arizona.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, facilitating, and guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions
  • Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 95k-130k.

For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 95k-130k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Sales experience in surveillance, access controls, video analytics, visitor management, or identity management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
