$150K - $170K Base + Bonus

A global industrial organization that is a wholly owned subsidiary of a very wealthy global conglomerate is searching for a strategic new Controller who can grow into the CFO role over the next 2 years.
The Controller will report to a very dynamic CFO who will work closely with the chosen candidate to groom for the executive seat.
The CFO believes in developing a strong staff and fostering a collaborative working culture.

The position is ideal for someone established in their career as a Controller who craves a high-quality mentor and a blank canvas to further build out a newly implemented system and work on process improvements and staff development.
The ideal candidate will bring :
- 8+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Project Environment
- CPA is a plus but not required
- Strong operational and cross-functional capabilities
- Strong Systems / ERP Experience
- BS in Accounting
- Strong interest in team development
