Overview :

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations in a refrigerated facility. This role ensures production efficiency, safety compliance, and team performance while coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise production operations and equipment setup
• Train and motivate team members
• Monitor safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance
• Coordinate production schedules and material staging
• Support continuous improvement and minimize downtime
