Job Description
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking an outpatient / wellness Registered Dietitian for 8-10 hrs / week in the area!
Schedule : Flexible, Monday-Friday during business hours of 7 : 00AM-6 : 00PM.
Compensation : $40.00-$45.00 / hour DOE, plus travel compensation and mileage reimbursement.
At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities :
- Provide nutrition services at community center locations
- Complete nutritional assessments on RD consults when warranted
- Provide menu reviews and recommendations to meet facility requirements
- Document assessments of patients with nutritional goals and interventions in the medical record
- Provide education to the patients and / or family members on nutritional needs as indicated
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings as assigned
- Educate staff, nursing and food service staff on all aspects of meal service when warranted
- Adhere to all facility's policies and procedures including confidentiality and patient's rights
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements : Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Experience providing general nutrition education
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with electronic charting systems
