We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Device Technician & Trainer in South Windsor, Connecticut. The role entails managing mobile devices, providing training, and documenting processes for our employees.
This will require troubleshooting skills and a keen understanding of our software.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the inventory of mobile devices including iPads and iPhones.
- Set up devices for new hires and provide necessary training.
- Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting, researching, and documentation.
- Identify training gaps and provide necessary training to address them.
- Support office staff as needed on an ongoing basis.
- Attend tech meetings to stay up-to-date and provide support to techs.
- Deliver continuing education on processes and procedures.
- Handle termination processing for departing employees.
Skills required include proficiency in Apple Devices, Telephone support, End User Training, iPad, and iPhone.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Apple devices including iPads and iPhones
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in telephone support
- Ability to conduct end-user training for mobile devices
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile device software and hardware
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiar with the latest updates and versions of Apple devices
- Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while dealing with customer queries or complaints
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks or projects
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the field of mobile devices.
