Job Title : Project Developer
Location : St. Louis, MO (Preferred) or Remote
Compensation : $90,000 - $115,000 per year (based on experience and location)
Bonus : 15-20% annual performance bonus
We are currently representing an IPP seeking a motivated and experienced Project Developer. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on developing large-scale solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, hybrid) ranging from 10MW to 400MW.
- Manage development activities including site selection, permitting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success from concept to implementation.
- Support project permitting efforts.
- Work on projects within ERCOT and WECC regions, with additional exposure to offtake agreements.
Requirements :
- Experience developing solar, storage or hybrid projects.
- Familiarity with ERCOT markets is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with permitting and interconnection.
- Willingness to relocate to St. Louis, MO, with relocation assistance available, though remote candidates will be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
