Customer Service Representative Job Duties :
Prepare price quotations and responds to customers
Prepare estimates, proposals and update customer service management databases
Develop relationships with customers
Update information in the ERP system
File documents and records
Participate in the AR collections process as required
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Pay : $19.23HR

Customer Service Representative Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience of successful customer service or inside sales experience
Strong organizational skills
Solid computer skills (Microsoft office, CRM)
Great people skills, willingness to meet and develop new business relationships
