What You'll Do

As a mechanic , you'll be part of our team located in Lakewood, OH. You'll get to :

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and general machinery.
• Rebuilding and or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions.
• Complete PM work and / or documentation of product equipment or processes.
• Fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required.
• Communicate, discuss and / or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads or vendors as needed.

• Previous industrial maintenance experience through either education or hands on experience
• Familiar with cold heading, hot forging and roll thread equipment a plus
• Ability to use various measuring devices (torque wrench, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators etc.)
• Must be able to operate basic maintenance equipment (saw, crane, shear, tow motor, roller, etc.)
• Ability to read, write, and understand written specifications, procedures and prints.
• Must possess excellent mechanical aptitude and above average hand dexterity.
• Must be able to operate lift truck and comfortable in moderate to heavy physical effort environment( lift up to 75lbs, bends, twists & turns, reach lower than knee, push and pull, squat and kneel)
• Schedule flexibility
