In this role, youll help identify and pursue business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivate relationships with inbound and outbound prospects.

When you join us, we expect you to :

  • Develop and maintain a network of business clients by prospecting, building relationships with existing clients, and maintaining a customer base year-over-year.
  • Assessing client insurance needs and developing tailored insurance and risk management solutions to meet those needs.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
  • Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as set forth by team lead.

Requirements

  • Insurance license must be maintained within the first 2 weeks of employment, we will pay for your training
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • 2-4 years Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
