What you get to do :
- Oversee and mentor a 5 member Accounting team
- Month-end close coordination and financial reporting
- Budgeting / forecasting and corresponding analysis of variances
- Debt management
- Oversee insurance and risk management program
- Administers grant proposals
- Assist in the development of the organizations plans and programs
What you need to succeed :
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business
- CPA strongly preferred and Masters / MBA a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience (must have management experience)
