The average is 5 years for an associate to earn Partnership. We offer very competitive compensation packages ranging into 6-figures based on experience, a lucrative signing bonus, and excellent growth opportunities.

Partners will devote time and energy to training, and mentoring as well as providing you with exposure and counseling on the client development process.
In exchange, they seek an eager associate who wants to learn how to master the litigation process and who will anticipate the needs of a case to make it his / her own and the ability to grow his / her own caseload.
To qualify for this position you must have graduated from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.
