Responsibilities
Working in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types; build industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects.Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.Project Support : Collaborate with project teams to develop presentations, build financial models, and contribute to client workshops.Presentation Preparation : Prepare compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations clearly.Innovation : Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings and workshops and contribute to discussions and presentations as appropriate.Learning and Development : Attend workshops and training to enhance consulting skills and understanding of Simon-Kucher methodologies.Coaching and Mentorship : Lead and guide junior team members to develop insights and actionable recommendations using data and research.Collaborate with project teams to leverage strategy development and data analysis to solve client challenges; contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.Qualifications
1-2 years of work experience; participation in consulting clubs or industry groups valued.Undergraduate or graduate degree program in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, related sciences, or business.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.Inclusive and empathetic team member.Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.Hybrid working model : in-office or client-site presence 2-3 days per week.Compensation and Benefits
Pay range : $105,000 - $110,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. Benefits include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical / dental / vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) eligibility.
